Judy K. Peabody is a court appointed wedding official based out of the Luray area of Page County, Virginia in the Shenandoah Valley. She was appointed by the Page County Circuit Court in 2018 to perform Civil Marriage Ceremonies as a Civil Celebrant.
Known for her warm personality and creative nature, Judy is the perfect Officiant to share ideas with. Your wedding story will be created taking into consideration your unique personalities, beliefs and traditions. Working with you as a couple in celebration of your love and commitment to each other is an honor for Judy.

Services for your ceremony date are secured with a non-refundable $50 deposit; the remainder of my fee can be paid anytime prior to the ceremony.
